About Jack Taylor Racing

The road to speed
Jack Taylor has been addicted to speed from a very young age. From skiing to BMX, to downhill mountain bike racing, he has always found something to keep his adrenaline level at the optimum, sky high. Starting as a road rider, he eventually made his way to the track for his first taste of track riding. This led him to Euro track days where he further honed his skills, taking training and advise from a number of current and ex-racers. Regularly topping the tables at Euro events, he is now ready for his first race season.

With some refinements/mods

Ride
One of the best ways to improve your skills and riding fitness is to spend as much time as you can in the saddle
Physical fitness is a key component to becoming fast. I spend plenty of time in the gym, doing some weight training and core exercises along with road running and cycling.
Rest
You're no good in pieces. After exercise or riding, I ensure I am recharged for the next session by getting enough rest and good wholesome nutrition.
Ice baths and steam rooms are all good, but not without actual rest. They key is to find the balance.

Repeat
As soon as your battery level is back up, head down to the track and fine tune those skills. There are always improvements to be made.
Don't forget, between the corners are straights, full gas equals free lap time.
